Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. 

Shipping Estimate: Standard delivery typically takes 7-25 business days, which is an estimate that starts from the day your package is shipped, not the day you place your order.

Processing Time: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

 

Factors That May Affect Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that final delivery times can occasionally be impacted by processes outside our direct control, such as:

  • Customs inspection and clearance
  • Inclement weather or carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

We recommend using the tracking information provided once your order ships for the most accurate delivery updates.

 

Shipping Addresses

To keep shipping costs as low as possible and provide you with the best possible service here are some tips when checking out online:
  • Make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • Businesses run out of a residence will be considered a residential address and charged as such for any delivery.
  • Include an accurate phone number when placing an order online. If anything happens with your shipment, we will need the best way to get in touch with you. Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone will be at your business to accept the delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, they may not be able to deliver your items.

Multiple Items

We will ship your order as items become available, so there are times when you will receive multiple shipments. But we will not charge you more fees.

 

Shipping Partners

We ship all international orders via reliable international postal or logistics parcel services. Normally, we will ship the product customer ordered from the nearest warehouse. Customers will get their items in 7-30 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time. Transfer cargo needs more time. 
Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:
  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 1 business day
  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
  • Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging


Lost Packages

If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue.
